Biography 

Ioulia Karagiannaki graduated from the department of Mathematics of University of Crete on June 2017. She is currently pursuing her Master’s (MSc) degree at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Crete. Her current work focuses on applying Dimensionality Reduction techniques on high dimensional gene expression data for biological interpretability and the creation of robust predictive models.
